Gwen Loose
Gwen Loose is a lifelong hiker and leader in the Pennsylvania rails-to-trails movement. She is the author of We Were There Too, Pioneering Appalachian Trail Women (2020), which was developed as an extension of the thesis she completed during her graduate studies, which was in American Studies. Loose has served as the Vice President of the Appalachian Trail Museum since 2009.
