Hugh Bouchelle
Hugh Bouchelle is a photographer, freelance writer, and adjunct instructor at Dabney S. Lancaster Community College in Virginia. He received his Ed.D. from Liberty University in 2021. He has a professional background in search and rescue work at the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and writes regularly about the natural beauty of Central Virginia.
